Another term for minimum miscibility concentration, the minimum quantity of additional components, such as intermediate-chain gases or CO2, that must be added to an injection gas to reach first-contact miscibility with a reservoir fluid at a given temperature and pressure. At minimum miscibility concentration conditions, the interfacial tension is zero and no interface exists between the fluids.
